How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the App Store on your device. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DEEPR > Cancel Subscription.
Why can I only record once per day?
DEEPR is designed like a daily health measurement. Recording once per day ensures your score is meaningful and shows real progress over time, rather than fluctuating throughout the day.
How long does it take to see results?
Most users start noticing improvements in their voice depth within 2-4 weeks of consistent daily practice. Remember, the exercises work best when done regularly.
Is my voice data private?
Yes. Your voice recordings are processed to extract frequency data and are not permanently stored. We never share your voice data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile tab in the app. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
